Policy on the processing and protection of the confidentiality of personal data

This Policy on the processing and protection of the confidentiality of personal data (hereinafter the “Policy”) applies to the processing of personal data that OOO “ORZU GROUP MEDICAL” (hereinafter the “Operator”) may receive from natural persons (personal data subjects), determines the procedure for processing personal data and has been developed on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547 of 07.07.2019. The current version of this Policy is permanently available for review and is published on the Internet at: https://orzumed.uz/

The purpose of processing personal data is the provision of services by the Operator to the User.

By transferring personal and other data to the Operator via the Site, the User confirms that they have read the terms of this Policy and gives their consent to the processing of personal data on the terms set out in this Policy.

If the User does not agree with the terms of this Policy, they must stop using the Site.

Unconditional acceptance of this Policy is the User’s commencement of use of the Site.

By accepting the terms of this Policy, the User gives consent:

– to the performance of any lawful actions in respect of the User’s personal data that are necessary or desirable for achieving the purpose, including without limitation: collection, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, depersonalisation, blocking and destruction of personal data, the processing of personal data for the purposes of statistical accounting and scientific analysis, as well as the performance of any other actions with the User’s personal data within the framework of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

– to combining personal data into a personal data information system and to being informed about services and about promotions and discounts being held.

This consent is valid until the date it is withdrawn by the User by sending the Operator a written notice of such withdrawal in free form, unless otherwise established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
